6th place in my main.

you there!!

planned. I crashed in the main day 1 & came unclipped out of the gate day 2. Never had 2 bad races at a National... oh well.

just won the Bunker stop of the Vegas Am Jam!

tomorrow's Red Bull Vegas Am Jam!

This weekend was the Virgin Regional.  It is always one of our favorite events to go to because the site is so beautiful.  But, it was a big reality check for me!  I have been to the track maybe 6 times since January because I started playing baseball.  We didn't really think it would be that big of a deal, but whoa!!  I finished my first main in 5th place & the second race I finished 2nd (the main wasn't run due to rainstorm).  One thing became very clear this weekend... IT'S TIME TO GET BACK TO THE TRACK!!  I have a lot of work to put in, and I'm ready to do it.  Congrats to Gunner Webb who kicked butt all day Saturday!

Last weekend, we headed out to Goodyear, Arizona for the Coyote National.  As always, the track is one of the best around.  If you haven't been to this track, you should make an effort to make it out sometime... it's smooth as glass.  I was hoping for better main finishes on both days, but the reality is that I haven't been to the track since October and it was my first 7 Novice race.  I'll have to take the 3rd place finishes, but I'll be back out at the track to improve that finish next time!

The Vegas Am Jam is a local skatepark competition series.  There are about 10 comps throughout the year held at different parks in Henderson & Vegas.  I competed in the 11 and under division and won!   This win made me so happy because riding parks & trails is what I love best.  I like to race, but I spend more time doing freestyle with my Daddy.  I am also lucky enough to have a lot of pros help me like Cameron White, TJ Lavin, and Nate Berkheimer.  I can't wait for the next competition!!!
