What inspires you to compete?
There is always someone better than you or someone that wants to beat you. This motivates me to train hard.
Why do you like this sport?
In bmx you use your brain and your strength. You need both to succeed in this sport. I work on both components to be the best rider I can be.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Most of my training is on the track because I ride monday,tuesday, thursday, friday, and saturday. other than That, I do a lot of calisthenics, like push-ups and crunches.
Why do you compete?
If you don't compete in nationals you will never improve your skills and become a better athlete.

My name is Nathan Sheetz and I am thirteen years old. Before racing bmx, I was on a club soccer team for two years and had played soccer for ten. Now bmx is My life and I would'nt do any other sport.
About my Racing
How did you get started?
My dad got me into the sport because he was involved in it as a kid.
List your competitive highlights
Making the Main in all of the nationals I have gone to.
First place in Lake Perris on Friday and Sunday.
Second Place in Oregon as well as a third. Turning
Intermediate my first year of racing.
What are you planning for next season?
I plan on Turning expert and finding a Factory Sponsor to support me as an Expert.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
My biggest accomplishment would be racing well at many nationals while maintaining straight a's and Honor Roll at school.
