Some Personal Information About Me:
I received my first bike in July of 2000. We started making a practice track at home and I started preparing myself to start racing. My Dad and my two brothers started racing with me in the 2001 season. We spend a lot of time either racing or riding. I have dedicated my self to motocross. My training, diet, schooling and general lifestyle are all based around motocross. I have a true love and passion for the sport.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I train hard. My day usually starts around 6:00 am. My parents wake me up and we go running together. I also mountain bike two days a week. I take lessons three days a week from Jay Whipple and race almost every weekend. I spend a lot of time on the bike. Fridays are usually dedicated to travelling and Mondays are a rest day. This coming year I want to incorporate some weights into my routine so I can gain some weight. I need to be a little bigger and stronger for the 450`s.
How's Life Treating You?
Life is great. I was able to make some top 10`s (and a top 5) at some of the Amateur Nationals this year. The only bummer was that I broke my arm in practice at Ponca City. I was really riding well and felt that I could of been Top 5 at Ponca and Loretta`s as well. I have been working with Jay Whipple and he is great. I have been training with him for about a year now. Also, Kevin Urquhart and I have become pretty close. We do a lot together. Our parents get along really well too.
