12-5-07 Last friday I went to wrestling practice and broke my left arm. I broke it right above the rist. Know unfortunatly I am in a cast! I have been trainning so hard to get ready for my first full race season in 2009! The Doc said I will prolly have to have the cast on for 6 weeks. But as soon as it comes off I am back to my ariginal trainning schedule!

I went riding today and got alot of practice in. Around my second hour of practice I was going down a decent into a corner and shifted down to nail out of the corner and I herd something break and my bike would'nt move I stoped and looked and my chain caim off the rear sproket and a spoke has radaled lose so that ended my day of riding. But I had a lot of good practice in and I will send a brodcast when the pics are posted!
