Well i had taking some time off the bike for the long rides and paid for it the other day.  I rode my old training route for ironman and paid for it. The legs went to rubber about mile 40 on a hill climb, but i always ask myself " what would lance do?" and i was able to power through.  I felt it  the next day and had to take the day off of training.  But i really love the pain that i feel today.... i will be back out there in a couple of days to get those legs back.  To build a good base i will start early and train harder than last year.  Planning and visualize the objectives will be a bigger part of my training and a  better bike will give me more confidence in the race.  Good Training....

Well as you know i have been switching up some of my training to avoid boredom and fatigue.  Well recently  i have added some weight lifting to give me some more strength, i have to say that my body is in shock and i believe that is a good thing.  i have recently teamed up with a friend that is a body builder so we incorporate both of our principles to get the benefits from each others sports.  not only has it been fun but also a nice change of pace.  currently i am working on some business ventures in the sport and i am excited to be looking at a good long future in the sport.  well that is all for now and in closing i would like to thank all of my sponsors as without you none of this would be possible.  thanks again and good training.
