 Well i have been training and doing alot of speed work lately, My legs feel really great and i believe that my hamstring is finally stating to get much better.  As far as racing i am trying to get faster before i enter my next race which will be in July.  We are gonna look at a shorter distance so that i can go all out and see what i am made of.   Also i have been training some friends for their races coming up, this has been an interesting experience as i have never coached some one before but in the long run i believe that it has helped me also to understand what my coaches have been saying all the time.  As athletes we tend to stay so focused on what we know and tend to not think outside of the box.   That is it for now but i will be a little more proactive on the blogs!!!!   Good Training.
