did my last run today, felt good and fast, i have one more swim and a short bike and a taper , i feel i have done my best with the injuries and feel about 80 percent, but feel really good on the bike!!!, i hope all that race have a great day and enjoy the moment. Well 2 weeks left until race day, and i am doing 2 a days, pool at 5:30 am until 7 then i head to work, then at 2 i work out again, i have been dropping weight, but i wanna keep some on for power. especially for the hill climbs on the bike course. i have ridden the course every friday, i choose a section of it and ride it frontwards and backwards to get both aspects of the bike. once again i love the christopher bean coffee in the mornings i can get a half a cup down before my swim and then i drink the rest on my way to work. well i have to get ready to run a quick ten miles, good training.

well things are going well, nursing the leg and running less and biking more. I rode a section of the course friday , the hardest part i think of the course, the hills, it takes me one hour to do the 18 mile section with the hills , the down hills are fast, it was cold and windy. the wind was blowing you into the road, but i just kept cranking. the last 2 weeks i have rode this section of the course frontwards and then turn around and do it back wards, i do believe that it is hardy because the hills are longer in reverse. my training has picked up the past few weeks with early morning swims for which i thank Christopher Bean Coffee in the mornings and H2O Audio for the early morning tunes. Without the 2 of them the mornings would be really hard. Hydration with MotorTabs is working great and i am working on getting some aero parts for the bike. good training...
