well this is my first week back and i feel good, i have been running about 5 miles and i feel good but i don't wanna push it just yet, but i feel great. biking every other day to get back into it and honestly that is my weakness but i did get some strength training in before this and the every other day swims have become easier. i was gonna hire a trainer but it is not cost effective at this time. good training.

Well i got back in the pool today to start my swim training for next year. I gotta say that i felt good and the drills were not that far off of the pace from last year. technique really stays with you. Also The New H2O Audio headphones work wonders and the music is really clear. Thanks Guys!!! Well i was supposed to meet with my trainer this saturday but he had to cancel so hopefully he gets me on the right track before i screw up to bad!!!. Good Training..
