Well i am thinking about a coach to advance my physical limits, has anyone used a coach via the online method? as i look out there i see a lot of the high end coaches do mostly online training programs, other than lowering the price of a trainer is there a down fall to the system other than no having them to push you to your limits. Also i would thank my new sponsor Ice Toolz for the opportunity to represent. And to all my other sponsors thank you for the support this year and as we go into the off season i look forward to the future and training harder to set more PR's. good training.

i Ran 3 days in a row, the most since the injury in july. i had a lot of pain in the evening and had to ice a lot. The good thing is that i was close to race speed and training distance. i have slowly eased back into running but i fear that once i get back into the swing of things i will be trying to push it to much. for now my goals for this season coming up will be to improve my bike so that i have stronger legs for the run. i only ran 18 miles this week but if i could eliminate the pain in the evening and it is really bad when i first get up in the morning. so that is it for now got physical therapy in the am. good training!!!

My friend that was in the motorcycle accident was released from the hospital yesterday, he looks forward to training again but being in bed for a month can do a lot to your body, we will train hard to get him up to par as i like to say. running is coming along for me just no up to speed yet but i will for next year... thanks to all that replied about my friend.. good training...
