Overview

How I got started

I got into motorcycles when I was about 5 years old. My cousins were the ones who got me started they raced and I thought it was cool and I wanted to do it too. You might have heard of Kevin Rookstool one of my cousins. My first bike was a pw 50 and I just rode it around my house for about a year. Then I wanted to get a KX 60 so my mom and dad bought one of my cousins old bikes. My first race I was 9 years old and the local track wouldn`t let me race beginner because I was too old so I had to ride the 60 senior class. I got last place and didn`t jump one jump. Now I am 16 and I have won the 2 Oregon State Championships. I also have won a points championship at my local track in Klamath Falls, Oregon. My first race on an 85 was the 2001 World Mini I was really intimidated because of all the people. I didn`t qualify but I leared a lot about what the big races are like. Now I am starting to really get into the sport by going to more races in California and going to some Nationals and some big series such as Pacific Northwest, Pac West, and Trans-Cal.

Goals for the Future

In the 2007 season I want to run the Pacific Northwest series again except I want to win the overall points series! I also want to go to more nationals like World Minis, Dodge, and maby anothers and place top tens in them.

Bio

Some Personal Information About Me:

I also raced snocross and did very well. I just started in 2004 and I have only been to 2 races. I won every class I was signed up in at both racesl. I also have a motocross track at my house and I practice as often as I can.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Yes I do train I have a track at my house that my familly and I built about 4 years ago. We have installed underground sprinklers. We are always changing the layout and building bigger jumps and making the track much faster. I have been riding everyday since about the 4th of July to stay in shape for the Pacific Northwest Series and Dodge Amatuer National. I also go to the gym every once in a while mostly in the winter.
