I have just received news that the final race for the High Country Motocross Association has been cancelled due to fire danger. This means that our season that is usually 15 races has ended with 9. I am sad to say that I was unable to advance out to the 65 A class but I guess that is racing. I have finished in 5th place, which is nothing to be ashamed of as a nine year old.

I am headed off to Washougal so maybe that will lighten my spirits about a short race season. I am also looking into some fall series.

Well the weekend was a little rough but I made it home without a briken leg. There were at least 5 broken legs over the weekend and numberous injuries.

My first moto I crashed and took 7th. The second moto I took 4th and overall 5th place. It was 105 degress and that too took something out of me.

I am looking forward to Washougal in two weeks. We are leaving a little early to I can stop by the water parks on the way.

The Butte races were great. I got the holeshot on the second moto and came home with a pair of tie downs. I took second overall with 4/2 moto finishes. I didn`t get the moto wins I needed but I am going to keep trying. There are still 3 races left for the season.

The next race is in Dillon Montana on July 15 and 16.
