Overview

How I got started

I got started when I was a little kid at the age of three I got my first atv. From there on I have enjoyed riding them. When I was 14 my father built a track in the field on our farm. This is when I started to get in to it. When I turned 15 I went to the track to race and wasn`t old enough. So I waited a year and began racing. But didnt feel the best so I practiced for a couple years and in 2004 began to hit up some races. In 2005 I began racing in two different series. Finishing second in one series and tied for eigth in the other.

Goals for the Future

My plans for the 2007 season is to hit up as many nationals as my funds will take me. Then attend as many local races in between. Running A class in 2007

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

I come from a family where my father has raced everything from motocross to circle track racing. My father has done a great deal of inspiring me to do what I do. He has made me realize that he is there in support but letting me see reality in the meantime.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

When I am not a college I try to practice as much as my work schedule and daylight allows me. If there isn`t a race on the weekend we have a practice track where we ride as long as my endurance allow me.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

When I get older I want to become a pro national atv racers like any motocrossers dream. Also, in the mean time take over the families atv parts and service shop and make it grow.

Schools Attended

I attended School until the year of 2004. I am in my sophmore year at Goldey-Beacom college as a full time student working to get my degree in business management and graduated with my associates in May of `06

Employment / Experience Summary

My employements started when I was 13 years old working for a landscaping business until I was 15. Then I started to work at and autobody shop. This is where I learned a lot about the blue collar work force. I worked there until I was 18. Then my father had some health issues so I went to the family business of an automobile service center. Which lasted a year and since I wanted to race atvs it turned in to a small atv part and service center where I work when I am not at college or racing.
