Q&A - Personal
Some Personal Information About Me:
In 2009 I will be new to the WMA pro class so Im working hard in being in the best shape that I can and be as prepared as I can. I work full time and only get to ride 2-3 days a week so i have to spen alot of time in the gym to pick up the slack. I also have a nice mountain bike that I use to keep my cardio up to speed.
Q&A - Personal
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I train 6 days a week with 1 off day. My training week starts on Saturday which is a ride day, Sunday is race day. Monday - Thursday I do my cardio training and main work out on my mountain bike. Depending on where I go I will either do 10-12 miles or 1 1/2 -2hours, depending on how intense the climb is. Afterwards I finish up my work out with weight training. Then Friday is my off day. Depending on the day light and weather, I will sometimes vary my schedule to ft in as many extra ride days as I can.
Why do you like this sport?
I love this sport because I am my own boss, all the effort and work I put into not only my riding but my bike and my self will always show. I love it because I don't have to depend on anyone else or have people tell me what to do, I can just ride and be me.

How did you get started?
My dad is an ole ex pro so naturally I was handed the torch at the tender age of 7 and went flying off into the sunset on my 87 DR100. Seriously though, I started out just playing in the desert with my family until February 2003 my dad let my brother and I enter the Adelanto Gp. ( nice first race huh?) Well i some how managed to pull off a hole-shot in the womens beginner class on my trusty TTR-125L and that was it, I was hooked. A couple of weeks later I deemed my poor TTR innsufficiant and upgraded to an 02 YZ125, and by June I was off too the Mammoth Motocross. The rest is history.
