What inspires you to compete?
I am inspired to compete because I am motivated to succeed and win. Having an older brother drove me to be the very best at a young age. This drive and spirit to win is a part of who I am to this day.
Describe your style...
My style on the bike is calculated. I don`t take many risks and I look for the fastest lines. Some say my style looks effortless.... My style off the bike is clean, stylish and conservative.
How's Life Treating You?
I have been very fortunate to live the life thus far as a professional athlete. It has given me the opportunity to meet many people from many places and that is what makes my life fulfilled. In other words... life has been great.
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I enjoy the traveling part of my professional career. Having the ability to visit foreign places with friends and sponsors is amazing. Most of my road trips are clean but the ones that really stand out are the post race World Championship parties that are ... not so clean.
