Overview

How I got started

When I was about 5 years old my older brother bought a 300 EX and gave me his old 1980 Yamaha GT 80.  I rode that until I was about 11 years old which is when I got a 2000 Kawasaki KX 80.  I rode that for a lot and practiced at tracks all of the time until my other older brother got a new dirt bike and I bought his old 2001 Yamaha YZ250F.  I finally talked my dad into letting me race this year and I have been racing well lately and next year I plan on going to Loretta Lynn's.

Goals for the Future

My goals for the 2009 race season are to try to qualify for Loretta Lynn's national.  If I make it to Loretta Lynn's I would be happy if I finish in the top 20, but I would prefer to finish in the top 10.

Bio

Hello, My name is Michael Eubank and I am currently 16 years old and will be turning 17 on February 5, 2009.  I live in southern Illinois and am an average teenager.  I like to hang out with friends and play video games.  I also lift weights and run and stuff like that to keep in race shape.  I work so I can pay for racing and bike upkeep and just to buy random stuff I want.  I am an A student and I get along with pretty much everyone.  I race motocross on the weekends and that is the only sport that I am involved in because it is the only sport there is.  I have a 2001 Yamaha YZ250F.  That is about everything about me that I can think of off the top of my head so that's basically me.

Competitive Highlights

My competitive Highlights are my very first race ever I finished 7th of 12 both races for a 7th overall.  Another Competitive Highlight of mine is at a Pro/Am race at a local track I got 6th of 16 the first race and then pulled the holeshot in the second moto and finished 5th for my best overall finish yet of 3rd place and I recieved a sweet FMF / Factory 909 holeshot award which was pretty sweet.
