I rode Lorettas and Ponca on my 80, I always put at least two good motos in and always have a bad one that hurts my overall. I have one Canadian National title in the 125 intermediate class. Last year I rode arena cross in the 125 and 250 pro classes, I did really good. In the outdoor nationals, I qualified on sunday at Budds Creek MD., I got knocked down in the first turn. In the lcq I pulled the start and went on to win. In the main I got a bad start in the first moto and came back to 30th. In the the 2nd moto I got a better start and was all the way up to 22nd till the last lap when I stalled my bike and then only had time to come back to 29th for 29th over-all. At Millville, MN., kind of the same thing. Qualified on Sunday and had to lay it down in the first turn so I wouldn`t hit this rider and cause a pile up. Last chance qualifier and I pulled the start again but this time got 2nd. In the 1st moto I was 28th and fell once and had a hard time with my bike. Moto two, I got the start and was running top 15, my bike handling was not up to speed and it needed more testing. I ended up 24th for a 30th over-all. Steelcity, Delmont PA., This would be the last race we had funds for. Qualified on Sunday with a good start, I moved up to 3rd and was running that for all of the race. Last lap again the bad luck stuff, I fell three times and got 13th. In the main, my first moto I got a great start and was running 4th for a solid lap. I went back to 9th and ran that for 4 laps, McGrath was all over me and I ended up sliding out and a ten man train went by. I ran 14th for two laps to go crash hard on a double in the front. Washed out and ended up 24th. In the 2nd moto I had a good start till the senond turn when I got hit and fell and moved into dead last. I rode my heart out and never fell again and ended up finishing 24th for a 28th over-all. CANT WAIT FOR SUPERCROSS!
