What inspires you to compete?
How could I not compete. Its just a natural part of life for me, and striving to do and be my best ,and the fastest . I`m a great student too, so its just a big part of my nature.
Why do you like this sport?
I`m too young to fly a jet ,and I get enough air , speed and dirt . Which happens to be 3 of my favorite things in life. I love catching big air but keep a low profile during races to stay faster.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I eat a very healthy diet . I always stay well hydrated, in Hawaii its a must.I run and I`m on the track usually 3 days a week, and go there with a plan in mind focusing on what I need to work on. If I`m not at the track then I`m riding behind my house. I also Ride BMX bikes,swim most everyday in the summer and few days a week in winter, ocean and pool ,scooters, anything with wheels.You name it.

Ready to Race for 2010 Going Strong in the 85 Advance Class!My Name is Barrett Boo Chai #808, I am 12 years old and live in Maui, Hawaii .In the 2010 race season I am into my 6th season of racing,and Its only getting better . I am currently racing a 07 Honda CR85 (Thanks David from CYCLE WORLD MAUI for keeping my bike top shape and race ready,and a big Mahalo to CYCLE WORLD MAUI for sponsoring me through the 2009 Race Season). I began the 2008 Race Season in the 85B Class and moved up into the 85 Advance class( took 3rd in points for the 85A Class 2008) which is going strong but I am definately looking forward to the 2009 Race season where I can keep getting stronger in my 85 Advance Class and Hopefully in the Pitbike Open and Pitbike A class.
