What inspires you to compete?
With 5 brothers, 5 boys in house ,(I`m the 2nd youngest.)How could I not compete. Its just a natural part of life for me, and striving to do and be my best ,and the fastest . I`m a great student too, so its just a big part of my nature.
Why do you like this sport?
I`m too young to fly a jet ,and I get enough air , speed and dirt . Which happens to be 3 of my favorite things in life. I love catching big air but keep a low profile during races to stay faster.
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
Yes and hopefully I will be doing more of that this season My Dad just started working for Aloha Airlines part time.So now I can do more traveling .
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I eat a very healthy diet its local good and I get needed rest. I always stay well hydrated, in Hawaii its a must. I`m on the track usually 3 days a week, and go there with a plan in mind focusing on what I need to work on. If I`m not at the track then I`m riding behind my house. I also Ride BMX bikes,swim most everyday in the summer and few days a week in winter, ocean and pool ,scooters, anything with wheels.You name it. With a big family we stay very active.

With the help of Galen and the formerly Maui Motorcycles (now known as Cycle World Maui.) I added a new 2007 Honda CR85 (Thanks Ryan from CYCLE WORLD MAUI for keeping my bike top shape and race ready,). my 65 Advance class is still going strong but I am moving up into the 85s this year I am definately ready. Hey Boo, The Maui race is coming up so quickley!! I'm not sure if I'm going to race because I have a Loretta Lynn's qualifier around the same time as the race. But, maybe I'll be able to make it!! Keep up the good work and be safe in 08'. cya later, Natalie |
