How I got started

I skiied since the age of 4 at the age of 7 I tried snowboarding and that`s all i wanted to do. I began competing 3 seasons ago when I was 13. I love competing... I have made so many friends and have learned so many new things from them.!! Why I love snowboarding is becasue when I am riding there is no stress on me, all my worries just seem to go. 

If it was not for my family I would have not have come this far into snowboarding.  Snowboarding is not just a sport or activity for me.  It is also a time were my family and I bond and come together, ride together.!

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I know I want to go to college without a doubt, most likely get a degree in teaching.  Then when I graduate take a year off and travel the world!!  snowboard in Chile, New Zeland, The Alps!!!

2004 - 1st place women?s Slopestyle/Jib contest , Spring 05 ? 1st place at Shawnee Mountain?s final Nastar race. Qualified for ?Jeep King of the Nastar? 2005 National Championships,

Mid-Atantic Snowboard series regional overall 1st place Slalom, 2nd place Giant Slalom, 1st place SBX, 1st place Slopestyle- Qualified for all above for Nationals in Lake Tahoe March 26-31, 2006
