Overview

How I got started

My dad. He used to race District 36/37 , he raced a lot of motocross, and raced Vegas to Reno 5 times. I started riding in my back yard and eventually worked my way out into the desert. And since then, I have improved every time i ride.

Goals for the Future

My goal for this season is to win the Amateur Four-stroke trophy. My other goals are to finish top 5 in class at the year end and to finish top 20 in a race by the end of the year.

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

The thrill. This sport is just amazing and i wouldn't trade it for anything.

Why do you like this sport?

I like this sport because as a rider, you are always on the edge and always pushing yourself to be the best you can be. The satisfaction I get from knowing i'm involved with such a great sport and great group of people is what makes it special.

Describe your style...

I try to ride very consistent and I pace myself. Racing desert, I have learned that you can't give it all you have in the beginning and expect to come out on top in the end. I always try to ride at between 85 and 95% because these races are so long and there is always an opportunity to make up time if it's lost. The first 30 minutes I usually try to push pretty hard and the rest of the race I settle into a grove and from there, I just try to stay consistent.

Music?

I listen to a variety of music, but mostly rock and country.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

My dream and goal is to be a Professional offroad racer. If that doesn't happen, I would like to be a motorcycle mechanic.
