Kyle, thanks fot the kind words (5 stars to you). Unfortunately I didn't do as well as I wanted. I had several things stacked up against me, including a crash. I have another race this coming weekend and could use a few more encouranging comments. ;-) Also check out the Xterra Fort Yargo pics. |

BioKyle McGrath
Bike/Riding #: 2007 KX450F/232 email: ksm232@hotmail.com I was born January 8, 1988 in Durango, CO. I grew up in a small town nearby called Bayfield. I graduated in 2006 and moved to Phoenix, AZ in May of 2006 for both college and the riding. I am a very dedicated individual. Motocross is my passion and it is what makes me feel like I have purpose in life. I recently had to make a big decision and put my racing career on hold for a few years. I haven't had the easiest path to success but something like that is just another obstacle that I have to figure out how to defeat. I am willing to do whatever it takes to keep myself on a bike, even if it means staying off of it (if that makes sense) I sacrifice almost anything I can live without to accomplish this. The path I am walking has really shown me a lot and helped me develop as a person. I am confident in my abilities and feel that it is only a matter of time until I catch my break and everything comes together. Until then I will continue working and looking forward to that day. Although I am not currently racing, I am still very involved in the sport. I still attend events, help other riders including my little brother, and also have taken up writing. I love to write and I am hoping to get some of my articles published. I would be a great asset to any company because I am a hard worker and portray a good image to others. Beside motocross, I love learning, and I understand the importance of education. I was an honor role studen in high school, and have a 3.12 college GPA. I wish my college GPA was higher, but missing class due to injuries and work have hindered it a little bit. Still, I am proud of what I am doing and can say that I give it my all. Currently, I heading into my third year of college at Paradise Valley Community College. I will be transferring to the ASU W.P. Carey School of Business as a Junior for the Spring 2009 semester. I will earn my associates degree during the fall 2008. My major will be CIS (Computer Information Systems) management. When I'm not working, riding, training, or going to school, I also play guitar, read, and love hanging out with friends.
