They may take a few minutes to "load" (depending on how fast your system is) by letting them run through once with stops.  After two - three mins of loading (watch the percentage), they will play completely through.  Trust me, they are worth the wait!  Thanks!

 You can find them all over the country.   Thirty to forty athletes that are either accepted, or re-accepted, each year to represent Mark Allen Online Coaching as part of their elite triathlon team.  This year, because of my past results, I will be part of the team and not only will reap the benefits of amazing coaching, and be part of a team which is something I have missed since my college years on Penn State's Cross Country team.  I'm very excited to be part of the team, so I will keep you posted on how the training is going.  I am thankful for the opportunity, and I can't wait to start the training!
