Hi Piper Girls my name is Kimmy. I’m 25 years old and live in the wonderful city of San Diego. I did most of my growing up in Colorado Springs, CO but decided I needed to move to the West Coast at 18. After bouncing around for awhile I landed in San Diego. For the past 5 years I slang skateboards as the sales rep for $lave, Zero and Mystery skateboards while perusing a degree at the Fashion Institute in Los Angeles. After graduation I started I my own clothing line with my boyfriend slash graphic designer extraordinaire Nathan Bell called Pony Attack!! and did style writing, event planning, and styling for San Diego and National publications.

This last October philanthropy called and I left the world of boys at Black Box to save boobies as the PR Marketing manager and Event Coordinator for the Keep A Breast Foundation.
Keep A Breast's mission is to help eradicate breast cancer by exposing young people to methods of prevention, early detection and support through art events, educational programs and fundraising efforts.   With both my mom and grandma being affected by breast cancer I really feel privileged to be a part of such a great foundation. To be able to say you give back in a way that is inspiring to my generation through avenues I am passionate about is truly a blessing. To be able to fuse philanthropy and art in all forms, whether your avenue is surfing or skating, art, tattooing, fashion, music or however to give back is really an amazing way to reach people and I couldn’t feel more honored to be a part of it.
