The ironman GNCC was pretty good exsperience  for me. I had a little trouble in the mud but tuffed it out to end up 12th overall to wrap up the GNCC year.

i just got done race a knarly national hairscramble on my birthday! so now im getting ready to finish up the gncc series with a good finish at the ironman
