We have come to the end of a long summer season. I finished out this series in 2nd place in the Senior(+40) A class with a number of finishes in the Top 5 overall. I am very proud of this finish as it has been my first year in the A class. OVer the winter I will be riding select events with the SE&TRA series along with some endurance events. The day job with the hockey team will keep me from racing any winter series full time. I will be back with the SORCS series next summer. Thank you all for you past support and I look forward to a sucessful next season.

The rankings for the Southeastern Enduro and Trail Riders Association have come out and I have been moved up to the "A" class in Enduro's and Hare Scrambles for next season. I am really proud to have made it to this level and the hard work is paying off. Thanks to all of my sponsors and supporters, I couldn't have done it without you.

All the hard work is paying off. This weekend I earned my first "A" class win and my first top 12 overall. I am going to continue to work hard and get more wins this season. My new goal is a top 10 overall, got to get out there and beat the kids.

Well...we are coming to the end of the 07-08 SE&TRA Hare Scrambles season and I am locked into 2nd place. The bad news is that with yesterdays race I am also locked out of a championship for this season. I have had a pretty good season and with the help of many of my sponsors I have picked up speed and had better finishes than ever. The 2008 Southern Off-Road Championship season has started and I will be moving up to the Senior A class this time around. I will do my best to continue improving and see if we can win an "A" class championship. Thank You to all of my sponsors and friends.

Well, after a long hot summer I finished 2nd in the VETB class in the 2007 Southern Off-Road Championship Series. I rode well at most of the events this summer but simply got beat by someone faster. With the SETRA Series getting started I am pushing even harder with my training and look forward to a championship.

Rode my first enduro of the year yesterday over in South Carolina. I have got my work cut out for me in my new class. The top ten in +40B were separated by only 8 points. Next weekend we have the first SE&TRA Hare Scramble of the season in Greensboro, GA.
See You There!

It has been too long since I worte anything here so here goes a short and sweet one. We are closing in on the end of the 2007 Southern Off Road Championship Series and I am leading the VET B points championship with 3 races to go. September also brings the new SE&TRA Enduro and Hare Scrambles season. This year I will be riding in the 40+ B classes in both enduros and hare scrambles. I feel that I have a good shot at winning the championship in both disiplines. Thanks to everybody for your support and I will keep in touch better.
Thanks,
Keith Davis

Well, we have come to the end of the 2006 SORCS series. I finished up a great season 3rd in points for the VET B class. Just a few points out of second. I missed 2 out of the 10 races, once with truck trouble on the way to the races and the second time due to the Kawasaki dealer meeting. My supporting dealer worked very closely with the series and was the title sponsor. I developed a program that gave prizes to 4-5 different riders at each race. Before each race I picked a finishing position and a class to win the prize. I always tried to pick a position out of the trophies so that even if you didn't get a trophy your might win something else. We gave away tons of Scott goggles, Motorex Oils, 661 gear, along with other goodies we found along the way. This program was very well received and I plan to put all of the winners names into a hat and give away a season ending grand prize package at the awards banquet on November 18th.
With the end of the SORCS series we have begun the AMA sanctioned SE&TRA Hare Scrambles Series. After the first 3 races I am currently leading the points for the VET B class.
A great big thanks goes out to all of my 2006 sponsors and I look forward to building onto those relationships for 2007.
Thanks,Keith

It was a beautiful day here in Georgia yesterday. A couple of friends had talked me into doing the 12 Hours of Durhamtown and voted me to start the race. Starting at 7am made for some dark trails. We got a great start. Unfortunately a team mate crashed and put us down one rider. With only two riders sharing the duties I knew it would be a long day. Ultimately we just put our heads down and rode smooth and steady. We finished 14 laps or over 200 miles, beating our nearest competitor by 1 lap.
As special "THANKS" goes out to Fish @ Scott USA for the pit assistance and to Maxxis for our tires and the help with the winning ladies team my shop sponsored. And to Fiberwise Pasta for keeping us fueled up for the day.
