What am I doing now?
Education?
I started college as a post-secondary student at the University of Minnesota, Crookston at the age of 16. I transferred to the University of Minnesota, Duluth Spring 2008, and will be graduating May 2008, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. My long term goal is to earn a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in forensics.
Current GPA: 3.69

Q&A - Competition
How did you get started?
My brother always had a motorcycle, so I asked for one too and got my first bike at 12. I outgrew that very quickly, and I bought an XR 100. That year, I watched my first motocross at a local fair, and was hooked instantly!
I entered the next year on my XR 100, and got second to last place, but had a blast! The next year, I bought a CR 80 Expert and planned on entering that. However a crash during practice caused my parents to decide that racing was too dangerous for the time being.
Once I moved out, I decided to try racing again, and found a local series to try. The organizers were very supportive, so I showed up for the first race. The rest is history!
List your competitive highlights:
Getting 2nd place in the Women's series championship points! Getting the spirit award "for never giving up and always following DMC's #1 rule: Having fun!" Completing an entire season without missing a single race! Winning my first race!
What are you planning for next season?
Hopefully, when finances allow, I will be upgrading to a 105 or 125, and racing in the open C class as well as the Women's class.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Winning the last race of the season!
