I was informed this week that my friend Joe Desandre has passed away! This sport has lost a big star! He was totally dominating 35-40 novice. He was perfect at the 3 nationals he ran and I have no doubt he would have finished #1 in the country.Joe made me a better racer through racing him and communicating at the track and on the phone.Joe will forever be first in my book! This past week I got to spend time with him and Mike Gage at the ironman in Howell,N.J We all froze our asses off but it was a ton of fun!Joe was very excited that he made the money open for the first time. That would be the last time I would get to ride with him.I am sure he is in heaven trying to jump everything in site on a bike!Joe will always be with me,I will always hear his voice when I am on the gate,Telling me to kick some ass! |

This guy is super fast, loves to ride and travels everywhere so he can race. I can't wait to see him fully recovered and at full speed. He will be winning nationals in no time. |
