Overview

How I got started

I was 6 years old and got a Honda Z-50 for Christmas. That day changed my life! I loved riding and through the great support of my parents they took me racing. Racing for fun on the weekends really built a strong desire for the sport. When I turned 16, I realized I wanted to do this for a living. So now my life is dedicated to motocross.

Goals for the Future

My plans for next season are to race the entire 250 SX and Outdoor Nationals. I want to make a mark in this class. I have a year of Supercross experience under my belt and I know what to expect. I feel the 450 suits my riding style better and I have a lot of confidence in myself.

Bio

Why do you like this sport?

I dont like this sport. I LOVE this sport. It`s in my blood. As any racer will tell you this sport is like a drug. It`s addicting. It`s something I have been doing for 14 years and I love it. I love the adrenaline it gives me. I love the satisfaction of seeing hard work pay off through my riding. There is nothing better than this sport.

Some Personal Information About Me:

My main focus in life is my God given talent of Motocross. I like to spend my days training and riding. If I`m not racing on the weekend I like to go hang out with my friends and most always make it to Church on Sunday.

Describe your style...

My style is a mix of smoothness and aggresiveness. I know how to roll the throttle yet I can scrub a jump lower than anybody.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Training through my career has been really diverse. I have worked with Donnie Hansen, Gary Bailey, Ronnie Tichenor, and spent months at Millsaps Training Facility. I have done camps with CTS in Colorado and all of this has gave me an abundance of knowlege of how to train, and how to train smart. When I have a structured schedule I attend the gym 3 days a week, with outdoor cardiovascular training, and spending as much time on the bike as possible.

How's Life Treating You?

Life has its ups and downs for everybody. I believe my life to be blessed. I wake up every morning thankful I can get on a motorcycle and make a living. There is nothing better than being around this sport. There are great people in the sport and I have met some amazing friends. No matter what happens in my life I can always look back at my accomplishents, see all the amazing places I`ve been, and that will always bring a smile to my face.
