  Well it's a new year and time to get serious again. After the '07 nbl grands I slacked off in my training and just rode as often as possible, and it had negative results in my last race. So I'm training again and it's going good. I'm finally back in a  routine. I'm trying to add to it every week. I'm weight training 3 times a week and running a mile every other day along with other aerobic activities. I'll see if I'm going in the right direction with it at the NBL spring nationals in Feb.
