I am back at it!

Okay, so it has been awhile since I have had to write anything all that cheery but, I am proud to say that I am back to full training and am getting into pretty dang good shape. With the massive amount of base mileage for running that I accumulated over the winter, I feel like my 10k time will drop remarkably. Also, the swimming is going great with Tri and Water Polo practices keeping in the pool for 10-14 hours a week. I figure once it gets above freezing, I might even be able to get some decent rides in.
