okay... ive been on loopd for a few months, and i noticed an HONEST review of anyone's sponsor is hard, if not impossible, to find. here's what i have going... from now on, i'm going to try to put as honest of a review as i can on all products my sponsors send me or that i buy. not any "these are the best decks! there's just something about them!'' type of review, but an honest, reliable review. here goes.....
1. Globe Sabatons I just recently got on globe shoes, a tough decision after loyally rocking fallens for over two years. i was worried i would regret the change, but so far i haven't. when my Sabatons came in, i was first stoked on all the stickers i also recieved, then bummed on the tattoo-style artwork on the shoe's insole (now it kinda makes me smile) . after i laced up the vulcanized suede beauties, i tested them out. after walking aroung for about ten minutes or so (i was moving some packing boxes), it felt that i had been skating the shoes for months. easy flex, with no pressure points, and a sole softer than pillows. nice! when i stepped on my board, i noticed the bottoms of the shoe ware a bit wider than the top, making them look a little akward. still felt good, though. heelflip- first try. kickflip.... like tenth (i'm kinda bad at those). as i skated, the shoes got softer and more form-fitting, which got me stoked. the grip on the bottom was a bit lacking, but i got used to it fast. overall, i'd say thumbs-up on sabatons, but make sure you want to skate vulcanized. (thinner shoes).

hey internet world!!! i have a favor to ask you. ( if you happen to be reading this, then i am writing this to you.) if you skate(or snowboard) then you have probably heard of ccs mailorder. now this next part may seem biased... but i can say that i, along with several of my friends, want to get fuse brand clothing hooked up with a deal on ccs. now i am sure that you are thinking, "oh he is doing it because he's sponsored by fuse." well i am sponsored by fuse, but none of my friends in fredericksburg are, and they want to see fuse on ccs. if you can find the time ( it wont take long), please send ccs an email at cs@ccsmerch.com asking if they can get ahold of fuse (www.fusebrand.com) and hook up a deal to sell fuse on ccs. thanks for the help. i really appreciate it.

so ive noticed something that doesn't make sense to me. just about every person's profile i visit has a sponsor, or several. if the said person has more than one sponsor, then it turns out that they probably have more than one clothing sponsor. wait.... more than one CLOTHING sponsor? yep. umm.... what? im pretty sure that your clothing sponsors arent too stoked either. sure, you may be helping to promote both brands, but that isnt too loyal. how can you tell kids, "dude! buy this brand of clothes! theyre sick! i swear, theyre like, the coolest clothes ive ever seen. oh and while your buying some of the shirts, you should look into buying this OTHER brand of shirts! theyre so sick! they have got to be the best shirts ever! yeah. tell me how that promotes one brand sucessfully. the kids will end up seeing right through you, and not buy either. sorry if i sound like a dick to you people that have more sponsors than me. i hope this just kind of enlightens you.... keep your sponsors happy- only rep one of each kind.

so i am fairly new to the loopd network, and i am pretty happy with how it is set up. one thing bothers me though. apparently a large group of the kids on the site dont give a shit about getting sponsored- fuck that, right? whats in right now is being "sponserd". hell yeah! the degeneration of basic vocabulary is whats hot, and boy these kids got it down. props to everyone who cant spell. i appreciate it, and i am sure your sponsors do as well. ...oh my bad, i meant "sponsers".
