I'm Justin Rister. 23 years old. I have a great life filled with adventure, travel, friends, and family. I have a wonderful dog who i love more than anything (besides snowboarding). I snowboard about 9 months out of the year and surf the rest. I've been given the opportunity to snowboard for a living and am trying my best to make it one hell of a career. Describe your style...
hmm...I'd have to go with Metal gangster. Im the cat flossing the 3xl hoodie but am rockin' an iron maiden or Judas priest jersey on top of it all along with a pirate bandana on.
Why do you like this sport?
It's so flexible. There's so many styles and so many variations of tricks. It has an open landscape where you can roll into a snow covered ity and just get sooo creative with whatever you want ot do. It's amazing!
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yeah, I lift weights on occasion or go running. Swim with my dog and surf alot. My schedule during the winter is nuts. Its usually coahc my highschool snowboard teams for a few days a week and then hit the road to film for a video part or a contest and then get home...be able to watch a movie..then get up the next day and do it all over again.
Music?
Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, ghetto Boys, Metallica, Young jeezy, lil wayne, journey, bon jovi. Odd huh?
