Hello,

So I had an appointment with my surgeon . I am getting pretty intense surgery on my knee. It will include pulling ligaments off my hamstring to make a new ACL, repairing/cleaning up meniscus tissue as well as some drilling and some new screws and bolts! I am not happy and I will be out for a least 6 months. My surgery is scheduled for the end of January so that brings me to July, and my surgeron stressed that I should not ride until the 2009 Season. So I have decided to follow my surgeons advice and not ride at least until Fall of 2008. I have an intense recovery plan which includes physio and rehab to help me get back on my bike faster. She did stress that a full year would be extremely beneficial to my knee's health as well as my overall career. They are fixing me to race, not just to live my life so I am extremely happy about that. I want to be 110% all the time instead of having knee pain and swelling so I am only 70%.

I would like to thanks my sponsors for all there help and offers!

Thanks Again, This is going to be one my bravest years.

Jill

Alright! I had started some intense training wth EVOLVED MX. A fantastic program that I know is going to help me improve my riding and racing. I am training with Lacy Stock, a girl that I raced against earlier this year and I am very excited to have her involved in my life to help me achieve my pro mx goals.
