Taper

Okay, it's taper time. Something I always look forward to. However after about a few days of light work outs I always feel like I might be losing some of my strength. I know this is not true and in fact my body will be charged up and ready to race. This is a time to enjoy before the very long race day. I am hoping to break 12:30 in Nice for Ironman France. Cross your fingers. :)
