Who is Justin Dale?
I'm a 17 year old downhill racer who resides in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. Biking is the one thing in the world I enjoy most. My passion for mountain bikes has progressed to racing them, and for me theres nothing better.
Racing
I have been racing for 3 years, and for 2009 I intend on taking my racing up a notch. I plan on racing:
-BC Cup series
-Select Canada Cups
-Canadian National Downhill Championships
-Crank Worx
-Island series
-Select Fluid Ride Cups
-Rat Race
Goals
First an foremost to win, then to podium, or place in the top 5 every race, progress, and get faster as a rider, and of course have fun.
Where I ride and Train?
In the off season I am mostly in the gym, playing rugby, or snowboarding for cross traing. Then in the on season I live up at Whistler riding 5-8 hours a day training and racing.
