In addition to competing in triathlons, I also do the following:
I am a personal trainer (ACE Certified) at a hospital based fitness center.
Training athletes that compete in:
• Cycling
• Running (Marathons to 5K)
• Triathlons (All Distances)
• Swimmers
• Sports Specific – Football, Volleyball, Basketball
I coach high school volleyball (approximately 100 athletes)
Our teams also annually participate in community events, past activities include:
• American Heart Association Heart Walk
• Juvenille Diabetes Walk
• Breast Cancer Walk
• Regional Turkey Trot |
