Racing the Xtreme Arenacross Series this season!  Looking forward to moving into different catagories and more challanges!  Hoping for some local support and friends encouragement while riding almost every weekend.  Want to learn more and step up my techniques & speed!

I entered my first 125 and 250 Novice Races at the "Beat the Heat" AX in Canton, MS.  The turnout was small but it sure was a lot of fun.  The first 250 race was good, I got in a little bar banging with another 450 and we had a good race.  For the second moto Johnny Moore showed up (see MS riders) and I was prepared to go head to head with him (at least to the first turn?).  The gate dropped, I nailed the throttle and my 450 died in it's tracks.  It cranked back up but my race was over, no chance if catching up.  My mechanic (dad) says the pump in the carburator stuck so when I nailed it the bike got lots of air no gas.  It's fixed now so I'll try again next time.
