Q&A - Personal
What inspires you to compete?
Being able to race wheel to wheel at over 100 km/h (60mph) and pushing myself and the kart to its limits. Also off the track, being able to meet lots of new people.
Why do you like this sport?
I can go out onto the track and race hard againest competitors, without touching each other, I'v got some great memories from racing like this. I also like it because of the adrenaline rush and being able to push myself to the limits, and beyond.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I would like to furthur my racing career from karts but i would like to become an Automotive Electrician for Westrac Caterpillar.
Some Personal Information About Me:
Im 16 years old, I'v grown up around motorsport, with my father racing Sprintcars then my brother started to race Go-karts, i drove one and i was instantly hooked, now iv been racing for 7 and a half years.
Why do you compete?
I compete in AKA (Australian Karting Association), the catergories i race in are Junior National Heavy and Junior Clubman. Next year i will be moving up to seniors, and at this stage will be racing Rotax 125 light and Clubman light.
