I would say instead of trying to go forward into a vader, go more straight and then hop a 90 a little back while dipping the bike forward. Don't really try and put your foot right by the fork, but put the inside middle of your foot a little farther down the front tire. Also turn the bars some towards your vader foot so your shin doesn't slam on the fork.
Sometimes it helps to learn them by doing a footjam, leaning more forward (to the point that your going to fall over the front), and then go into the vader. If your to far back then it's going to be alot harder to hold it. The easiest place to try would a flat bank instead of flat or a quarter. Hope this helps |
