Bio

What inspires you to compete?

I am always looking to better my body and mind, and enjoy the discipline required to operate at one`s peak. This is what my competitive drive stems from and I have found no greater challenge then graivty cycling. The mental toughness and physical fitness needed to compete at the pro level is extraordinary and continues to teach me about myself and the capabilities of the human body and spirit.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I do train, though it is sporatic, it has been inncreasing steadily every year. When I am on I try to log no less then one hundred road miles a week, plus two days dirt jumping or bmx, two days xc riding, and two days on the big bike going fast. I like to keep it varied to keep myself sharp and rounded in all aspects of riding. Plus a little weight lifting, push ups, stretches etc. in the time before and after bed and so on.
