Q&A - Competition
How did you get started?
My parents bought me a Honda CT70 when I was in 5th grade. Wanted to race a couple years later and raced my first race on a Hodaka Super Rat.
List your competitive highlights
In 1985 and 1986 I earned District 37 #2 plate in the AMA Open Enduro class. Earned the #1 plate in the Police and Fire Motocross Nationals in 1998. 2006 earned the #08 in the AMA District 37 Desert series in thw Senior Open Expert class, my first full year of desert racing. Currently in the points lead for AMA District 37's desert series in the Senior Open Expert class.
What are you planning for next season?
Race the entire District 37 desert series. Race all the National Hare & Hounds.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Winning the AMA District 37 desert series in the Senior Expert Class.

Describe your style...
My style of racing is being consistant with a good race pace. Not riding over my head or riding out of control in dust.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
I train all the time. I go to the gym 5 times a week. I have 6 records in bench press competitions all over 500 pounds.
