How did you get started?

I got started competing in races after my friend told me about the Vancouver island Series and after the first season i was hooked.

List your competitive highlights:

37 out of 64 in air dh 37 out of 48 in canadian open 3rd out of 30 in port alice island series

What are you planning for next season?

i plan on doing, Island series BC cup series Kokanee Crank Worx

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

my biggest accomplishment has been just being in whistler racing for the first time. In the Air downhill i placed 37 out of 64 riders i feel that was a decent result for my first race at that level, it made me want to get faster and do better next season.

Q&A - Personal

Why do you like this sport?

I like mountain biking specifically downhill because i can get a great adrenaline rush while having lots of fun and i can express my own sense of style and be unique.

What inspires you to compete?

the challenge of always doing better getting faster smoother and having fun while doing so, and the feeling you get once you have finished a solid run down the mountain.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

my training schedule is go to the gym 3 days a week and ride mt prevost on weekends for as many hours i can get.

Music?

I will listen to pretty much any kind of music but my favorite would have to be classic rock such as Motley Crue, acdc, black sabbath, rolling stones......

What do you want to be when you grow up?

when I grow up I plan on being a heavy duty Commercial trasnport mechanic/ Heavy Equipment. I am currently on the way to this career working at Inland Kenworth in Nanaimo BC i have been employed there for about a year and a half now and i am enjoying it very much.
