It sounds like when you were approaching the face of that jump that you broke a chunk off of your reeds, did the clickclickclick sound like this?

If it did you should drain your coolant, remove your cylinder head and check for any damage to the crown of the piston, and remove the reed block and check your reeds. Hope that helps! ,
