What has been your most embarrassing moment?

When I found out that prize money at World Cup races was awarded to the top 15 places, and I hadn`t collected it all year.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

In my own way. I am always riding, no matter how crap the weather is at home in Wales, I`m usually out on the bike.

Music?

Dre, G-Unit, Oasis, AC/DC, Black Sabbath...

Why do you compete?

For all of us in the team, it`s just our way of life. Nothing else makes me this happy day after day.

Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?

I really prefer to be at home, but travel does have its benefits. Brazil was pretty amazing last year and I`m keen to go again this year.
