Overview

How I got started

I needed to exercise.

Goals for the Future

Race 1 national and place in as many XC races as possible. This is going to be my first season in Semi-Pro so my training will have to be increased as well as become smarter.

Bio

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I don't follow any plan but try and I ride as much as I can, between 1 and 3 hours every day. When there is no race I will do a longer ride, 3-4 hours.

As season approaches I do less endurance rides and try and include various types of intervals.

Competitive Highlights
