Nice site man. Moving up to Semi is A big jump, endurance and speed wise. Looks like your up to the challenge though. Keep up the good work down in the Dirty. |

Hey good work this year buddy. I am going to check out your training site for ideas since I have a lot of work to do in the off season in order to race expert next year. Good to see more and more people give back to cycling I hope I can get to that point myself. |
