In Season Training 5/28

The outdoor racing season has started I'm not on the bike yet but everything is going great for Motocross training. Right before the season started I set up a training program for my racing season useing Andrew short and Davi Millsaps's training scheduals. I have droped all junk food and drinks. My workouts are getting harder every day and its making alot of changes on my Physical fitness.
