Off the bike for 2 weeks due to Injury
I recently pulled my groin muscle while training. Doc says i need to let it rest before the injury becomes perminent, no physical activities for awhile. For two weeks I will be resting and letting my muscle heal so i can return to the bike at 100%. After the two weeks is up i will head right back to the track.
