Q&A - Competition
How did you get started?
I stared MX through my dad when I was little, and stared racing dirtbikes when I was about 5 or 6.
And I started BMX after I broke my leg riding my KTM. I just needed to stay safe until I have my next surgery. So my friend Chad Hebert and Ben Ward have helped introduce me to BMX. =]
List your competitive highlights:
I guess getting 1st place over some of my harder competition when I was younger.
What are you planning for next season?
To ride/ race A LOT! Ill be completely healed from my next leg surgery. [I will have my surgery Oct. 23, 2008]
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Staying safe for the most part, making great friends, and always being happy w/ what comes out of every race.

Hey, no problem! There really aren't too many girls riding out here either. Although at the beginning of the season I was riding cruisers with the guys, and now we do have some regular girls for me to race with. Two weeks left... better make the best of it... our season is up Nov. 1st after the WHO'S BAD challenge... going to try to take home #1! Hey and I see you are going to have surgery... good luck with that, keep your chin up and you'll only come back better next season!!! |
