Setting up for the 2008 hill climb season.
Work has begun on prepping the car for next years season. The gearbox has been pulled from the car and having the syncros replaced. We removed the suspension from the car and are replacing the seals, and re-greasing them for next season. We are installing softer springs to try and keep the car planted on the ground. We are pairing up with Grimm Speed who is porting and coating our exhaust manifold, up-pipe, down-pipe, throttle body, intake manifold, and tumbler valves. The coatings should keep the temperatures down under the hood. The new L and E Fabrication’s Garrett turbo kit worked great for the 2007 season, but the team is installing a larger exhaust side of the turbo to increase the horsepower.
